Refund and Return Policy

Probident Clnc customers can request a full refund by using the right of withdrawal and returning the products they bought from within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date.

In order to request a full refund, the products must be returned under the following conditions;

  • Undamaged
  • In its original box and packaging
  • All documents (original invoice, shipping label, etc.) available
  • Accessory, user manual etc. all package content complete
  • Accompanied by a note explaining the reason for the return.


Part 2.

Note the following items;

Customer’s responsibilities:

– To write the correct and full address for safe delivery of the product to Probident Clnc, (When the address information is given without the name of the company on the label, delivery items may be lost or delivered to the wrong person/institution by the carrier company)

– Packing the product appropriately and insuring the product over the entire sale price while shipping.

Probident Clnc cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and products.

In addition, Probident Clnc cannot be held responsible for shipping charges for returned items. The shipping cost of the returned products is borne by the buyer.

Part 3.

Returns will be processed by Probident immediately. For your refund to be processed, allow 7-10 business days after the product reaches Probident Clnc. Following the receipt and inspection of the product, Probident Clnc will contact you by phone and/or e-mail and inform you that the product has been received. As a result of the review, we will notify you if there are any problems or questions regarding the condition of the returned product.


Part 4.

Items that do not comply with the Returns and Exchanges Policy (see Part 1) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the recipient’s address. To avoid damaging the seller’s original, labeled packaging, the buyer should send the returned product in a different box. Please do not write or stick labels on the seller’s original packaging. As may be the case in bulk order situations, this requirement does not need to be applied if the items were not shipped in the outer box.

However, in this case, do not write or mark anything other than a return shipping label on the original package.

Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted unless there is prior approval from Probident Clnc management. Probident Clnc will do its best to ensure that its customers do not experience any unjust treatment, especially in special cases such as gift products. However, Probident Clnc reserves the right not to accept returns after fourteen (14) days.


Part 5.

Please contact us by phone or e-mail in the case of unusually faulty product delivery from Probident Clnc. We will initiate the necessary procedures to collect the product from your address and send the correct products to your address as soon as the wrongly sent product reaches us. In cases where Probident Clnc is faulty, the customer will not pay any shipping charges.


Part 6.

If you have received a product that you believe is defective, please contact Probident Clnc immediately, providing evidence of the defect (photo, video, etc.). We will initiate the necessary procedures for the return of the products immediately. As soon as the product determined to be defective reaches us, the equivalent product will be sent to you.

If the product was shipped for a refund, the standard return policy (Part 1) will apply.


Part 7.

Regardless of the reason for the return, the customer is always responsible for informing Probident Clnc. before the product is shipped for return.

Part 8.

The customer can send the products whose warranty period is still in progress to the technical service (Warranty periods vary according to products.)

Products in warranty period can only be repaired or replaced; no refund is possible. Shipping costs of the product sent under warranty are covered by the customer. Shipping costs of the repaired/refurbished product belong to Probident Clnc.
